• SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. The most useful site for any small business. You'll find financing, training, counseling, opportunities, laws, regulations, even start-up kits.
  
• U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT - OFFICE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. This site provides a summary of the various programs and initiatives in the Office of Economic Development, links to related federal economic development programs and the Economic Development Specialist in your region.
  
• HUD'S COMMUNITY RENEWAL INITIATIVE. The RC/EZ/EC Initiative offers residents and businesses the opportunities and resources to overcome seemingly insurmountable problems.
